FILLS FROM OTHER SALONS

The market is flooded with good and bad technicians as well as good and bad products. In order to provide you the best service, we fill only on clean work. This means no clumps and more than 50% left. Given the circumstances of the set, we will not do fixes due to the uncertainty of the work, unless a removal and full set is done by our salon.


LATES & CANCELLATIoN

Our work is time sensitive and so we require 24 hours notification in order to have the opportunity to fill your space. Notification between 12 and 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 25% of the booked service, notification of fewer than 12 hours will be charged 50% of the booked service fee. A credit card will be required for booking after an initial No Show. A late fee of $10 will be charged after 15 minutes.


SECURITY DEPOSITS

Appointments booked for longer than 3 hours will require a 50% deposit ,this also applies for group bookings. Payments may be processed via phone or in person.


Due to the nature of our work, we do not provide refunds. We do understand however sometimes our work may not perfect and if within 72 hours, you have lost more than 5 lashes daily then please give us a call and we would happily fix it within 7 days of the appointment. Fixes after this period will be charged.
